Biting

Last month I taught several classes at The Floating World, including a session on erotic biting. I focused on two aspects of biting—sensation and decoration—and encouraged everyone to practice biting in class.

Damaetasia was one of my models. She’s very pretty and feminine, which led me to have two thoughts: either I would mark her in a way that wrecked those qualities, or I would accentuate them. I decided on the latter route. She always wears dresses or skirts, so I added to her style by biting a line one each of her calves and thighs emulating the seam of hose. Smalls assisted me, chewing one leg as I chewed another. Later, a friend added a garter of hickies.

The results were rather fetching, don’t you think?

Fleshbot and Pride Weekend

This week’s Sex Blog Roundup at Fleshbot gleams with the sweat of summer lovers, those flings and obsessions who may or may not be kicking your leaves come autumn.

My colleague Jonno at Fleshbot added his own contribution with the trailer to the soft-core treat Summer Lovers. When this film came out, I had just graduated high school and worked as an usher in a movie theater. I quickly timed all the right moments to pop in for views of Peter Gallagher, Daryl Hannah and Valérie Quennessen sunning naked and “making love” (a once-popular phrase for sex). This pop-culture primer on polyamory taught me that triads are peachy so long as everyone is gorgeous and at least one partner is French.

Tonight, I’m volunteering at Leather Pride Night, moving among the bears and daddys, looking like a vegan at a luau. Tomorrow finds me at Folsom Street East.

I am recruiting female and male volunteers to bite or be bitten and/or to be poked in public. I don’t require demo bottoms for the class on male bisexuality, but if you are a bisexualish bottom, hell, it can’t hurt to drop a line.

This open and frank session addresses prevalent notions and offers strategies to bring male bisexuality into play, within scenes, within relationships, and within personal lives. The session draws on academic studies, personal experience and world travel. This workshop is open to all.

This session centers on a frank and open dialogue designed to address double standards on bisexuality within sex communities—particularly those of BDSM and swingers—that come together at Floating World.

The Whole World is Wanking: Sex Blogging

In a few short years, sex blogging has had a tremendous impact on how people relate to sex and technology, both online and offline. Communities have flourished and enmities have been formed. Writers and readers have become friends and lovers, publishers and consumers, hecklers and stalkers. This session introduces the basics of sex blogging, explaining how to start and maintain a sex blog, and, more importantly, how to be smart and safe in doing so. Sex bloggers write fact, fiction and fantasy; some regard their blogs as polished writing, others as an open private journal. Whatever your genre, whether you value privacy or crave attention, whether you write for pleasure or profit, this session will help you to consider sex blogs in the context of a cultural milieu.
